The Michelle Horback Palgut Memorial Fund is dedicated to carrying on Michelle’s legacy and commitment to life-long learning by making a positive difference in the lives of future Spartans through academic opportunities by awarding annual scholarships at Michigan State University which will emphasize the importance of education and inspire recipients to reach their true potential.
